Mary Ngikadelio is the founder of Chorogascar Diaries. Born and raised in Turkana, she is a native speaker of Ng\u2019aturkana and is also fluent in Swahili and English, with working knowledge of German. She holds a Master\u2019s degree in Development Studies from Theologische Hochschule Friedensau University in Germany and brings over ten years of extensive fieldwork experience throughout Turkana County.<\/p>\n

Mary\u2019s deep cultural knowledge, linguistic ability, and practical field experience uniquely qualify her as a translator, interpreter, cultural guide, and field consultant. She possesses an intimate understanding of Turkana\u2019s land, traditions, and communities, enabling her to facilitate meaningful communication and engagement.<\/p>\n
